With a look behind the scenes, we present the people and faces behind CATHUGO Yachts: Udo A. Hafner, owner of iYacht design company, and one of the creative minds.


His reputation as a designer preceded him, what the manufacturer and shipyard were looking for: Udo A. Hafner appreciates "lateral thinking pragmatist" as he describes  himself, especially if the ideas were so clear sketched as with CATHUGO Yachts.

The iYacht GmbH located in Hamburg, Germany is well known on the ground as well as internationally for its innovative service in yacht design.

With many years experience in the serial production with a focus on composites, the team led by Udo A. Hafner is always in demand for new developments.

The Hamburg based unit for yacht design with its engineers and designers is not only as a source of ideas, but they also provide the detailed technical design, interior design through to project management and certification from a single source.

CATHUGO WILL BE AGAIN AT THE BOOT IN DÜSSELDORF IN 2017
The trade fair BOOT in Düsseldorf will open their doors on Saturday 21st of January 2017. Visit us in hall 7a stand E22. You will find us directly behind the mega yachts. We look forward to seeing you there!

hanseboot - ancora boat show 2014
In 2014 the popular hanseboot ancora boat show will be opening it's gates from 23rd - 25th of May in Neustadt/Holstein. You are welcome to enjoy a variety of motorboats and sailing yachts that will be presented at the beautiful 5-star ancora Marina. 
We thank you for the many visitors to our exhibition pavilion.
